Management Philosophy

We are striving to build a new IBK System by creating a free and fair corporate culture based on “Creative”, “Customer” “Human Resource Management” and “Integrity.”

Chapter 1 - Our responsibilities toward our customers

Article 1 (customer satisfaction)
We shall do our best to provide customer satisfaction by keeping promises, and by always listening carefully and respecting their opinions and propositions.
Article 2 (Respect our customers)
We shall attend to our customers fairly and equally, meet their various demands, provide the best solutions and services, and listen carefully to their grievances.
Article 3 (Protect our customers)
e shall primarily secure the quality of our solutions and services provided to our customers and carefully protect their material and intellectual property, information and reputations.
Article 4 (relationships with our clients)
We shall fairly and diligently work with our cooperating companies on a mutually equal status and pursue mutual development by selecting our best partners based on fair evaluation standards.

Chapter 2 - Ethics toward our shareholders

Article 5 (protect the profit of our shareholders)
We shall maintain reliable management activities, secure superior competitiveness by continuously reducing costs and improving productivity, and protect the long-term and stable investment profit of our shareholders.
Article 6 (provide information)
We shall provide the plentiful and timely information needed by our shareholders according to the law and as defined by internal regulations and we will not provide limited information that has not been made public to particular shareholders.

Chapter 3 - Ethics toward our staff

Article 7 (protect the dignity of our staff)
We shall deal with each member of staff as an independent individual. We will secure the system so that they may work in a just manner, and do our utmost to ensure that our staff may feel pride and satisfaction in their work.
Article 8 (fair personnel appointment)
We shall provide incentives for staff to achieve at work by fairly evaluating their capacities and performance, and we will not discriminate on the basis of sex, education level, age, religion and physical disability when promoting or managing personnel appointments.
Article 9 (human resources development)
We shall develop training in order to foster experts and competent people with originality, secure channels for good communication, and actively support the staff so that they may all exercise their creativity.
Article 10 (improve the quality of life)
We shall create a working environment that is pleasant and will actively develop and implement programs that will improve the quality of life, such as the health, education and welfare, of our staff.

Chapter 4 - Ethics toward the nation and society

Article 11 (contribute to the nation and society)
We shall only pursue business activities that will contribute to national economic development, create jobs and we will contribute to the local society’s development by diligently paying our taxes.
Article 12 (pursue fair transaction)
We shall respect the principles of free competition in carrying out our business activities and reject carrying out unfair trading.
Article 13 (abide by law)
As a company, we shall respect the proper social values and abide by all the different types of state and local social laws.
Article 14 (politically neutral)
The company shall maintain political neutrality and will never ask the staff to support a particular party or candidate.

Chapter 5 - Work ethics of staff

Article 15 (basic ethics)
The members of staff shall diligently carry out their work based on ethical values, morality and honesty.
Article 16 (carry out missions)
The members of staff shall diligently carry out their own missions based on the company’s vision and management policies and do his or her best at work.
Article 17 (self-development)
Each member of staff shall pursue their own self-development by ceaselessly making efforts in his or her field of expertise based on the passion and drive to continually pursue new knowledge.
Article 18 (report mistakes at work)
In the case of an accident or the possibility of an accident related to work, each member of staff shall immediately report according to the prescribed procedures, do their best to solve the problem and shall not hide the mistake.
